Maybe I'm just naive, but I wonder why you would want to increase your seminal production. We generally aren't too happy about the wet spot that needs to be avoided all night, so I wonder why a larger spot would be desired.

I wouldn't worry about volume of the baby batter if you're trying to get preggers. I'd worry more about the number of swimmers in what you have. If you're having trouble getting pregnant, getting a sperm count is not a bad idea.
