Does anyone have any advice on how to increase the volume of ejaculation without having to spend serious dollars for the medications that are advertised? I am also looking to increase the production of ejaculant in order to recover faster for multiple orgasms. Any Ideas Anyone?

There are sevral factors that go into semen production and therefore ejaculate volumes. In one study there was found to be a corrilation with high BMI (body mass index) and low semen production. http://www.fertstert.org/artic...(04)02224-1/abstract

In another study, there was a lower volume in men who smoked but no change in sperm production

As the essential volume is mostly water, dehydration will reduce the ammount of semen produced.

The last thing that I can think of is the over all health of your prostate. If it is healthy then your ejaculate will be produced at optimal levels as well as the strength of your PC muscles to force all the ejacuate out.
