I think it can, especially if a guy has become used to masturbating with a tighter grip than what a mouth or vagina can acheive. Maybe try experimenting with different forms of masturbation...for instance, rub the 'sweet spot' just under the head in circles with a little pressure. It can take a long time - maybe a lot longer than you're used to - but the result is great! It's a different type of orgasm, too.

Anyway...maybe you're right, and some 'retraining' of your cock is in order, so you can learn to reach climax in different ways.

I definately agree that hand strokes + mouth= great blowjob, but I haven't been able to climax from that either (unless I'm doing the stroking). Again though, that still = great blowjob.
