I don't know if it's the same thing, but I developed an ability to push out some semen during the time period when everything was feeling really great but before the actual orgasm started. I could do this two or three times in a row if the action stopped each time. The method I used to do this was the same as pushing pee out. After I had practiced this for a while, the stuff would come out almost with no effort from me at all.

I also know that women sometimes feel a peelike sensation just before orgasm, and some use it to "squirt".
