I must say that even if you don't own a book to show you how to do so, it's all in the attitude. If you were to look at yourself in the mirror, have that look in your eye and stop YOURSELF dead in your own tracks, chances are you'd get a similar if not more of a reaction from your guy.

I totally agree with Kathy. It's about having self-confidence and hitting your own stride. We all know when we are adorned to our liking without straying too far away from ourselves.
Following trends which are dictated by outside forces doesn't interest me. For me, dressing Frederick's of Hollywood, coiling myself around a pole, and showing a lot of cleavage feels silly. I couldn't carry that off without feeling untrue to myself, so sexy trends be damned as far as I'm concerned. Now, keeping fit and eating well. Staying supple and flexible with stretching and yoga. Wearing well-fitted clothes that show off all the work I put into keeping fit--that's hot and makes me feel like I sizzle! And, based on my experience, most men eat that up. It's about being yourself. |

For me the all feeling sexy and confident thing did not come easy. I was a hopeess tomboy for most of my life purposefully hiding away in my baggy jeans and combat boots and snarling at peope (ok, joking but only sort of).
When I started to feel better about myself and relent my metropolitan warrior style a bit in favour of some more feminine clothes one of the most hurtful remarks (probably true, mind well, but definitely not what I needed to hear) I heard was that I changed way of walking if I noticed that people was looking at me. That single remark precipitated me two years backwart in my slow and difficult metamorphosis from tomboy to girly girl. Please be kind to anyone who is trying to come out of his/her shell. The lunatic, the lover and the poet Are of imagination all compact |
