Ya know what miss Serendipiti? You should probably get yourself to the doctor asap. Don't be embarrassed, they won't care at all...At least it's not a cell phone stuck on vibrate, eh?
Yeah, go to the doc and then order yourself a pair of smartballs. Mmmm, fun!
OK, one came out last night when I had to use the toilet - still working on the other and monitoring for physical side effects in case the doctor is necessary, hoping Patient First won't have something to discuss today.
So this begs a question - how can one determine the health of one's pelvic floor? If the balls fall out easily, needs work? If they won't come out for anything...?
EDIT: #2 was just waiting for me to retrieve it about 2" in. Yay!
Thanks for the advice on SmartBalls!

I think if you can actually pull them high enough whilst exercising you PC muscle they can be a little difficult to remove. Try the smart balls or a jade egg which will not get pulled up so far because of the weight. GG

I have had an issue with getting one stuck once in a while, and usually my problem is that I have a pretty good "shelf" that ends up holding the balls in. I like my Smartballs, but sometimes I like to be able to have the "exercise" factor with the Ben-wa balls. The problem with that exercise factor happens when I'm not really trying to hold them in because they're sitting comfortably on that shelf.
As for fishing them out? Well, you COULD use a magnet, or you could wait for them to come out on their own, or you could try to fish them out with your fingers, and any of those will work, but most importantly you need to figure out how your body is built and what is causing them to get stuck. Once you've figured that out, you may just find a position that encourages the balls to fall out on their own or with little manual stimulation.
This was pretty random, I'm sorry. I'm tired.
