Hmm, uhh I heard this from a friend of mine (that's not my bag baaaby)
Obviously don't pump if it becomes painful. Some minor discomfort can be expected just because you're stretching the skin and tissue to an overly enlarged state. I don't know that I'd pump every single day, think of it more as a workout where you want to give the muscle tissue time to heal between sessions. In the workout world this usually relates to at least 1 day between sessions. As far as length of time goes, I'd think 15-20 minutes at full stretch is probably about the max you want. Remember that you're basically sucking tons of extra blood into the penis to cause the extra swelling and that motion is going to cut down on the actual circulation in the area so it's better to be safe than sorry. If you don't find any ill effects at 15 minutes, try working up from there slowly. |
