I want to become better at deep throating but can't get over my gag reflex. Any ideas?

Only thing i can think of... is a drug which suppress the gag, so... I'm not going to post about it. Truly I've wondered the same thing

just practice...give it a week of trying every night and i'll bet you'll make great strides. take it slow and easy, relax and enjoy....i'll bet he won't mind either.

Have to say I can't deep throat. There are ways to work past the gag reflex by going slowly and backing off slightly every time you feel you are about to gag but we decided it wasn't worth it.

Some different things I've read and seen (on the internet) .... a lot of it has to do with how you're holding your head. The bend of your neck and straightening out of the throat makes it easier. Extending your tongue out helps move it(the tongue) out of the way. And even breathing in on the intake makes the difference.
Now....could I tell you that those are the only answers to deep throating? Nah...
Otherwise anyone could do it and it wouldn't be the elusive "WANT".

just telling you how my ex accomplished it. she was determined and i was more than a willing subject.

it took her about a week or so and was a slow process. she would work about 1/4 to 1/2 of an inch past her gag reflex, and advanced to swallowing me without any problems.

she's fairly short at 5 feet tall, and her easiest position was kneeling....which had her head tilted back.

relax. don't let him control the rhythm i.e. don't let him thrust in and out. try to actual swallow while he is in your mouth. go slow, very, very slow and stop just shy of where you start to feel pressure. the position can impact it too, if your neck is bent at an angle it can make it harder to take him in.
