I've found that I have a pretty bad gag reflex. So, i figured out how to when I realized it wasn't that difficult. I just deep throat while I'm cuming. You're literally talking as it is going further into your mouth.... now prolonged states means you may gag... but it works for at least a few seconds... So try that. Smiler
