i know there's several discussions about trial and error.

Not an expert by any means, but we have one and occasionally use it with good results. First, your choice, keep it at room temperature or warm it up some. Wand is hook shaped to easily stimulate the G-spot. The head is pretty large, so she needs to be aroused and well lubricated. You can add your own lubrication if you wish. Let her insert the wand and guide its placement. This isn't really something you pump in and out and, unless you are a mind reader, I would say it is more something she can use alone or during foreplay while you enjoy her breasts and other sexy bits. It took a while for my wife to get into the rhythm of toys in general. She generally enjoys my creativity when making love but sometimes (according to her) I go over the top.
