It's a nice thought, Buckshot77, but I am WAY out of Victoria's Secret's demographic--the biggest cup size they have is a DD. I was a 38DD before I got pregnant, and I weighed 190 lbs then. Now, I weigh 167 (thank you, breastfeeding!) and I know my band is smaller than 38 but my cup size is still much bigger than a DD.
It seems that bra manufacturers start making all kinds of assumptions about your body if you have big tits! Do you have any idea how difficult it is to find a bra with a cup bigger than a DD and a band smaller than 38?
... do to a real bra store.. i did.. thats why i am a G36.. i used to think i was a DD38 or so.. maybe a DDD38.. and i am about the same as you.. i can fit into those DDD bras and stuff but they just dont fit right.. they go up high in the back, the underwires break, the underwires poke... sometimes my boobs start to get under the bra.. it gives me bumps (dont fill the cup properly) they dont seperate my tits... etc.. it goes on. Then I went and got it from a proper place around town and they fit me and i bought a bra.. which fits like a dream. Sadly i still wear my old ones since they are those soft cups.. they supposingly dont make those soft cup bras in my size..BASTARDS!@!! and my old ones are dainty and pretty. But you should really go to a real store.. Victorias secret is just not for us
I assume you are similar to me:

There are loads of places that will measure you. I was measured at Nordstrom and found lots of BEAUTIFUL bras in 42G, which is what I needed at the time. Places like Lane Bryant will also measure you and they carry up to DDD in the stores. Most department stores will measure you and help you find what you need.

Va, not sure if you know this or not, but if you drop the $ to buy a nice bra from Victoria's Secret they will do a professional measurement of you. Actually, you don't need to actually buy one to get the measuring, but it could be considered rude if you just went there for the free services
I haven't personally asked at VS about sizing (sorry my boobs dobn't require a bra ), but I was under the impression that they can get about any cup sizing necessary. If nothing else, they should at least be able to give you a measurement to start with.
Up here we've got a couple independant bra and lingerie shops that are also capable of getting about anything. Might try that route.
if little winnipeg has at least 4 stores that go for my bra size... VS doesnt really help buck.. sorry.. just like la senza doesnt help. Our boobs are just too big!!! bah. like G isnt just some size they made up.. we go through all of the sizes .. AA A B C D DD DDD E F FF G ... they just dont fit right..

Technically, DD and DDD are E and F, respectively. At least that's how the bra companies make them - I don't know anymore how the stores size them. ~Ang

?? Yeah the sizes I posted above are from the manufactors.. not a store itself.. But I find if you get fitted properly you end up being a few sizes more then you thought (cup wise) and a few inces less band wise.

The last time I got a fitting for a bra that actually fit was about 7 years ago at a fancy store at a mall in Atlanta and I was a 34E. A few weeks before I got that fitting, I tried to get fitted at VS and the lady who measured me told me I needed a 36C! Maybe her measuring tape was stretched out.
haha yeah.. when i was an actual DD (as in it fit) .. some lady who was supposed to measure me told me I was C.. I put it on for her and laughed at her and told her to learn her job and walked out.. I was mean mstly because she was EXTREMELY rude telling me i had to be a C.. and that i must think highly of myself to think i was a DD. that bitch.

haha thanks. but going braless sucks ... well anyone up to about a C cup probably dont mind it.. but gravity hates boobs.. and then your boobs get sweaty uncomfortable which often leads to irritable.. plus it only looks hot when you have c or so.. i do not look hot braless..
