The wife and I are toying with the idea of a threesome. We would want to do a MFM and FMF so that we experience both at some point. Our thinking is that it would be better to find someone to participate that you would only associate with them at those times you wanted to play. No one from work, no friends that come over for dinner or a movie or that sort of thing. Problem is, where do you find someone like that? Would sure like to hear experiences from folks on here. But! Bringing a third person to play in a relationship can be very dangerous. If either of you appear to have too much fun with third person, it can lead to jealousy and resentment. Heck, that can happen even if you DON'T appear to be having too much fun. Make sure you communicate throughout.

Still, the thought of adding another person into the pleasure is so... tempting.

I can understand your thought about having it be just someone that you can have in your bed and nowhere else - so that there's less of a chance that the relationship will suffer a strain.

However, for myself, I'd rather it be someone that I love and trust than someone I don't really know. Perhaps... someone who lives in another state, that you only see once or twice a year. That way, you get the benefit of being able to keep your distance, while not inviting someone who could have a questionable history into your bedroom.

My biggest concern outside of relationship issues that could arise, is disease. I'd want a statement of clean bill of health from a doctor. If you're inviting someone in who's only there to play, not to have the responsibility of a relationship, you're more likely to encounter someone who is focused on self-pleasure over responsibility and honor. And therefore more likely to encounter transferrable disease.

I am new to the forum so Hi. I just thought I would add that I have done a FFM threesome and it did take some planning and discussion but once we found someone we both liked and trusted it turned out really well. I think a MFM would be just as easy and fun too! I also would add that I am in Texas too ;-)
