It all depends on the coarseness of your hair. Eddy has a hard time with it as she has rather stiff (i.e. coarse) pubic hair that is hard for the Body Bare to remove. We have other friends (caucasion), however, that swear by it.

If you are going to get the Body Bare, get the whole kit. This includes the LadyFair, Feminine Trimmer. All three work together well. As Freddy said, my pubic hair is very coarse, so I really have to work at it. Normally, I have to shave the first time, then use the Body Bare on regrowth. I love the LadyFair for thinning out the hair while the Feminine Trimmer is great in tight areas. It truly is a great shaver.
