Coochy shave cream all the way, it also works to soften the hair as a conditioner as well.

I got my right nipple pierced a month ago. I have to say, the sensitivity has gone waaaaaay up. Astheticly, SL and I both like the look. Gonna get the other one done once this one is done its healing in Feb.

Second nipple done. I still have the piercing strait bars with beads in place. I think I will change them out to curved bars once they are both good to go.

To get back on topic, all I can say is what I do and well...you have seen the results in other threads on this board.

1. Let the hair grow for a couple of days so that the razor has some purchase.

2. Use a fresh razor.

3. Shave once against the grain but only after shaving for a while and having your skin used to being shaved.

4. re-apply cream and shave a second time, this time applying some traction to the skin against the grain.

5. Use an anti-bactirial soap (we use anti-bactirial hand soap) after shaving...and on pierced areas.

6. Use Dragon mist when you are out of the shower.

and the end result is:

Here's my 2 cents...

I always use a moisturizing shavin gel, or if I'm out I use a good quality unscented lotion like Aveeno. I take my time with the razor and shave slowly. That seems to be less irritating for my skin. Then I rinse well with cool water, Pat my puss to dry it, never rubbing then I use bikini zone. It seems to work great for me! I try to shave my puss every few days. I find that if I shave ti daily after a week I end up with a rash no matter what I do. I haven't heard of dragon mist but I will look into trying it.
I have friends who swear by coochy cream but it gave me a bad rash.

I've tried waxing but I always end with a rash a few hours after I leave the salon.

In Ian and Alicia's book I remember reading that Coochy cream is just re-packaged hair conditioner. It makes sence that it would soften the hair before shaving. After that, I have tried plain conditoner and gotten the same results as with coochy cream.

I've started using Softsoap Milk Protein and Honey for all my shaving.... It works great, is inexpensive and I don't get any razor rash (except for the first shave after I haven't for a while and nothing I've tried helps that).

For me hair conditioner is the best way to go. Especially if you combine it with a couple drops of baby oil. Be careful doing that in the shower, it does make things slippery!! Also, I can only shave about 3x a week, I use a loofah before shaving, and a good quality razor with at least 3 blades so you get a close shave in one stroke.
