Call it fate. Maybe call it karma...

Whatever it is, it worked. Having a trainwreck of an order with Gear Essentials reminded me again why I regret not just ordering from F&E. It turns out that F&E did in two days what Gear Essentials STILL can't do in 1 1/2 months.

I ordered a ring from GE 1 1/2 months ago and it turned out to be a nightmare that STILL isn't resolved. So, needless to say I won't be ordering direct from them again.

Instead of using GE, I placed an order late Tuesday night with F&E. It was filled and mailed Wednesday arriving today (Friday). I couldn't be more impressed with the service, packaging, and care put into shipments from F&E. It is painfully evident that F&E truly cares about their customers, site, and community that they work to maintain.

Thank you for everything guys and you've convince me to never shop for fun stuff anywhere else... ever.

For the record, the guys at GE are great and wonderful people. We love 'em. But, of course, we'd prefer that you order straight from F&E. Why? Well, lots of reasons, but possibly most importantly is that we will ALWAYS try to stay true to the small-business mentality, no matter how big we get.

We wouldn't be here if it weren't for you, our customers and friends.
