Hi everyone.

I learned about this forum over a year ago, from one of the members here, but I didn't join until this week because, well, things change.

I'm 40, going through a nasty divorce, and I've started a long-distance relationship with a beautiful, sexy woman whom I admire a lot. She is also getting divorced, she's somewhat younger than I am and has two beautiful children.

OK, I'll come out and say it: I'm worried that I can't keep up with her... Eeker I'm heading down to see her in two weeks, this time I'm staying for over two months. Last time it was two weeks, and it took me a week just to recover. I guess there are worse problems in life?

Welcome Jody!

I know a lot of people wished they had your problem.

Let's try the obvious - trying to keep up is a physically strenuous change and with physical exersion there is a danger. I am not much older than you (I am 45) and there have been time when I thought my heart was going to burst through my chest. I recently started with a person trainer and I can feel the difference!

I guess you have to look at it as if you were going to run a marathon. Train, Exercise (Strength and Cardio), vitiams, and eat right. It would be a shame to have some physical problems because you over extended yourself.

Also look through F&E's extensive product line of toys, books, and other aids, to provide some variety and still give her what she wants (and to allow you to rest Smiler ).

You may also have to say NO once in a while.

Oh Yes -- Remember to lube -- Calluses and raw skin would not feel very good!

Over all -- Have fun, Get to know one another, Get to know her children, and enjoy each other.

MJ
