LOVE the Canucks! One of our dearest friends who meets us at Burning Man each year is from Alberta. He drives his motor home all the way down and is always so laid back and friendly. This year, there was an entire Alberta camp! They were called the Church of Respect and had a lookout tower, innovative shower system that recycled every drop, and (of course) plenty of beer.

Incidentally, Alicia's mom was born on a farm in Victoria (one of FIFTEEN kids), so my wifey has plenty of northern blood coursing through her veins. We go visit as often as we can - Vancouver is an awesome city.

we love our trips to canada. always have. growing up in the northwest, vancouver was always a favourite target to visit.

canada seems to me an isle of civility.
