Found F&E when searching for places good quality local shops out here in Los Angeles. They're a little out of the way for me but definately worth it, I was shocked and new I was in for something new when I walked into the shop and Freddy offered me a green tea. Really nice store, very friendly staff with great advice (As opposed to other stores where you just wander aimlessly with no input).

Got some toys and I definately intend to return. I thought I'd join up on the forums here, read up on what people are saying and join in on the discussion. Love the site guys, especially the reviews and videos, it's the primary reason I went to F&E (Because I had a better idea what I was getting into).

Yep, Freddie and Eddie sure are the best,their service and customer satisfaction goes above and beyond the normal standard.

Oh, and their online ordering is just as wonderful...I placed an order in the late afternoon yesterday (2 hour time difference from where you are), and promptly got an email around dinner time saying that my order had shipped! I imagine I'll get it Monday or Tuesday; you can't beat the service

So years ago I went to a store down in San Diego called The Cypt. A casual friend of mine worked there then and I decide to visit and get my first set of toys. I'd already been experimenting with my fingers for a while and I was ready to step up another notch.

It was a large store but in hindsight their selection was not very good. I ended up getting some water based lube, a rubber cock ring and a rather large silicone prostate stimulator. I wanted prostate stimulation all right but this was really too much for me at the time (It was fun but also painful at times, I ended up throwing it out in time), though I got it under the recommendation of my friend, and because everything else seemed worse. From this I learned my biggest lesson and here it is for you first timers.

You probably had to work up some courage to walk into your first adult store but it's ok to walk away. Try to find a store with good experienced staff that can guide you, but also take it slow. If you can't find something your happy with, don't feel like you've wasted a trip, it's ok to walk out with nothing. I'd also recommend online research in advance, which is what I did this time around before I came to F&E.

This time around I got some high quality toys, I knew before I walked in that I wanted an njoy pfun and probably one of their plugs (Which I did end up getting). The pfun gave the prostate stimulation I had enjoyed before without the huge girth my last toy had. And being stainless steel it would be easy to clean. So far I'm very happy with the pfun and I'll write up a little review of it and the other things I got when the weekend is out.

Yes that is indeed what I was refering to. I actually picked up several items, the pfun pictured above, and fun wand and a medium sized plug froom njoy. I wanted to go with njoy because stainless steel is so easy to deal with and I like the aestetic value as well.

So far the pfun is my favorite our of the bunch but I like them each for different reasons. I do plan to write up about them more extensively but I want to get in a little more play time first.

Went to the city but all the stores had the same 'ol stuff, i guess tourist-geared maybe.

still, it's always nice to get out of the quiet burbs once in a while & mingle w/the ecclectic crowds.
