Listen to music!!?? Come on now. I guess these days if you can't make the music you have to listen to the music. Poor Eddy.

Oh, au contraire! Freddy is the "Best" when it comes to matching the music for the mood. He really has the "touch" to find music to either get me in the mood or to just find the right tune to dance with me in the middle of the room. That sounds pretty romantic to me! Maybe he learned it from his pops

Sassafrass, you SO know your music. I agree with all your selections (well, Sade's first album, anyway) and would add Carboot Soul from Nightmares on Wax (track 8 "Fire in the Middle"), as well as Lida Husik's "Joyride" and Air's "All I Need." Nitin Sawhney has some amazingly sexy grooves as well (thought the lyrics are of the socially conscious variety). Any others I should check out?

I guess they don't call it "hard rock" for nothing, eh? Nine Inch Nails gets you in the mood - interesting... I'd like to add:
Ocean Beach - Black Mighty Orchestra Sundown, Sundown - Calexico w/Valerie Leullot People Come Running - Taxi Satellite - Aimee Mann |

Hi! Freddy,
These are the only ones I really like so far, You do something to me So Young All the Way and Young at Heart I'm just now learning to appreciate his music. When you get older you tend to do that! And some of Elvis's music is romantic too! |

Pam, which Elvis songs are romantic?

Hey Freddy,
I can only think of a couple of Elvis tunes, like "Can't help falling in Love" my mind is blank right now? Sorry. I used to be good at remembering the tunes, but i'm getting old!! If you call 48 old! I'll think of some later. |

48 is far from old! And, though I've never been an Elvis fan, I can appreciate your selection. I know I may get slammed for this, but the Burt Bacharach "Look of Love" special boxed set is dynamite. Especially songs sung by Dionne Warwick. I'm more electro groove oriented, but I can still appreciate some classics. The Bocelli stuff is pretty good and one can never go wrong with Beethoven.

I'm a huge fan of the late Waylon Jennings, and wanted to contribute some of his best love songs.
One Good Love (duet with Neil Diamond) Hardline (from the Harley Davidson and Marlboro Man Soundtrack) and The Dream (not yet released, but is Waylon's last recorded song, a beautiful song!!!) These songs are kind of hard to find, but I would be more than happy to email to anyone : ) [ February 24, 2003, 04:19 PM: Message edited by: EricLee ] |

Check out any CD from a group called Enigma. They are wonderful for before, during and after lovemaking music.
