I've been a Blondie fan since I was six.
I saw them a few years ago at a club, I was on the front row, and while you could tell how old she was, she was having plenty of fun anyway. I didn't get a chance to talk to her, but I spoke with Chris Stein for a few minutes, and they were all just having a great time on the road. A jerkwad I recognized from a local record shop was standing next to me, howling at her for the first five numbers to give him an autograph in the middle of the show. I grabbed him and told him to leave her alone, she was busy, but he kept on heckling her. He finally asked her if he could have her towel, so she picked it up, rubbed it on her crotch a few times and threw at him. We all cheered. No Debbie is not slowing down at all.
