Steak (Grilled or broiled, salt, pepper, and a shot of Tabasco or plane Cayenne pepper), New Potatoes (wash, halfed, and boil in 1/2 inch water, butter, and thyme, for 10 minutes or tender), and fresh steamed broccoli. Top it off with a banana spit or a root beer float! (Drool)

poaching any fish in a foil packet takes about 30 min. (@ 20 under broiler, 10 browning time under same broiler) i do it all the time with tilapia, salmon filets

season with what you want and some lemon slices. seal in packet. broil/poach and then open the packet. drain the juices into the broiler pan, take off the lemons, and let it brown a little.

that simple. Smiler

salmon i use garlic. onion, honey and lemons.
tilapia i add some thai peanut sauce, and then when i open the packet to brown. ill sprinkle some dry roasted peanut crumbs on it. then brown.

hope those were some ideas. Smiler

cook 1 frozen package of tortellini (your choice) according to the instructions on the package.

In a 6 qt sauce pan, saute one onion, one bell pepper (any color except orange), one carrot (sliced thin) and a large pinch of salt in about a tablespoon or two of olive oil for three minutes, Add two or three cloves of garlic (finely minced) and cook for another minute. Add 4 - 6 cups of chicken stock (boxed or fresh), lots of parsley, sage, rosemary, and thyme (also basil and oregano) and 1 bay leaf (I also like to add a pinch of red pepper flakes) and two zucchini (cut into bite sized pieces). Bring to a boil then reduce to a simmer for 10 minutes. Salt and peper to taste. Remove from heat and add two or three large hand fulls of fresh spinach, ripped into peices. Add Torts and serve with warm and crusty Italian Bread, butter and your favorite jam.

(substitute a couple of links of Italian sausage and pasta for the torts - cook sausage in soup pot before veggies, add less olive oil and veggies).

(Can also substitute Pilbury Grands biscuits for bread but that is not NEARLY as good).

maybe you can find some easy and fun recipes here (shouldn't take more than 30 minutes to round the ingredients up):
