OK. I'm off to Australia. 21 hours on a plane.

Suggestions for good reading? Here is what I am looking for - good, light, reading with sex scenes thrown in. Not erotica per se - but rather mainstream with a bit added. I read too much heavy-duty academic or technical stuff for work. For fun, I normally like mystery/adventure and sci fi (think Da Vinci Code, or Grisham or Octavia Butler etc.).

I am so excited - two weeks, in a fascinating country, with my husband, and without my two (adored) children.

Whoohoo! Want to get in the mood...

My friend just smuggled The Cove by Catherine Coulter home with me. I have yet to even start it, but it sounds like something you might be interested in. Mystery-ish with the random sex scene added in just to throw you off and get your blood REALLY boiling.

My friend also likes Grisham, so you might have a good bet.

Try Jaid Black's One Dark Night. It is a murder mystery, with Domination/submission thrown in for added fun. Nothing too kinky, pretty tame but hot.

Try Demon Rumm by Sandra Brown. I think it's also been reprinted with a new title, but I forget the new title name. I rented it on CD from the library to keep me awake while driving. I listened to the last CD while sunbathing and kept hoping my next door neighbors couldn't hear what I was listening to.
