If we can get 3 pages and still growing on Coffee Freaks, what about your favorite beers?

I'm not a big beer drinker but when I do I usually drink Coors Light or Michelob Ultra. Husband usually rotates between Grolsch, Corona, Shiner Bock, and, when we go to Outback Steakhouse, Foster's Draught.

98 bottles of beer on the wall, 98 bottles of beer...

I'm not a big beer drinker either, but I've been drinking Mich Ultra. Hubby drinks Fosters or Negro Modelo at the Mexican place.

Mmmmm, wish I had a cold one and some chips and salsa right now.

Ah... finally a subject near and dear to my heart. I love beer, hell... when a pilot screws up my jet... to say "Sorry for causing all the work chief." They bring ya a case of beer.

Favorites, in no particular order;
Killians, Guiness (great for Irish Car Bombs), New Castle, Black Butte Porter, Hammerhead Ale, Wienharts Private Reserve, Harp, Widmer Killer Bee Meade.

I'm sure there's more.

There is, darling... remember, you got to share my 21st birthday present.

(My sisters chipped in on a year of the Beer of the Month club. I love them)

All of Ranger's, yes... and then some.
Three Floyd's 'Robert The Bruce' Scottish Style Lager
H. Saxer's Dark Lager
Wild Goose Oatmeal Stout
Black Butte Triple Black Stout (actually, I hate it, but I drank it so much when I wasn't allowed that it has to be on my list - bad aftertaste but otherwise great)
Harp
Lucky Lab brewery(only their lighter ales though)
McMenamin's Ruby Red and Hammerhead (nitro mix)
ohhhh... I'm homesick.

God, I had forgot about Killians Red. There was a bar we went to in college that had it on tap. It gave your puke such a holiday feel...

Buddy of mine made an Asian Car Bomb, instead of using Guiness, Jamesons and Bailys... he used Sapporo, Sake and Soju. Was the most disgusting thing I ever tried, that experience turned me off of Sapporo for ever.

My memories, though foggy, are of dropping sake cups into glasses Sapporo and chugging them down. Yummy. Sake Bombs, I think they're called...

Asahi aint too bad, either.

I have no idea if it has a name, but some friends will drink the neck off a Corona, then add a shot of Grey Goose vodka.

I've got to stick with some Aussie favorites. Victoria Bitter and Tooheys were about my two favorites from the land down under. Can't say as I really like any domestic beers. I did try a double chocolate stout at this english pub we've got locally and it was really good. I can't remember the bottler though.

I'm not really into beer, though our tenant and good friend makes some excellent stuff and I do like a cold Corona on a hot day. In Cuba I also came to appreciate the local Crystal.

I rarely drink beer through the winter, but my lab group meets at a pub every two weeks and we talk drunken science for a couple of hours. There's lots of good microbreweries in BC and Shaftebury has recently releated their Four Twenty lager. It was irresistable to the stoners amongst us and, all told, quite tasty. Who knows what we'll have tomorrow!

Heh... I think I'm on my sixth world beer tour at Old Chicago. Hehe. finished my first tour in a record 9 days. their new policy is they'll only serve you 6 beers per business day, making the shortest time to finish something like 16 days.

Milk ... beer for growing bones Wink

Drinking beer regularly could stop bones from going brittle, according to scientists in Spain.

take one down ... pass it around .. 86 bottles of beer on the wall.
