Figured it was not quite safe to wear them in public yet!

Hm, I've never heard of them not staying in, but I can vouch for the fact that it can be difficult to pee with them in. The extra pressure against the urethra can essentially block the tube, so taking them out to pee is necessary for me at least.

As for them coming out - I really have no clue what to tell you.

For the record, though, I enjoy wearing them for short periods of time still but can't do it for long at this stage of pregnancy - with everything as engorged as it is, they feel extra large and get uncomfortable eventually.

Hmm, we can't comment on the popping out either, but they definitely are supposed to help with muscle tone. While I don't want to imply that your muscles need toning, think of it as a chance to get a little extra exercise in by squeezing them to keep them in and have fun that way.

I recently got mine. I was sort of surprised at how big they were, and how I had to struggle getting them in. Guess I'm kind of small down there, at least that's what I am told.

This is the whole point of Smartballs, folks. You need to wear them for short periods of time each day and slowly your muscles will strenthen enough to hold them in. The urge to urinate will also subside as you gain more control with them.

Have to confess I have had these for months and they still are not comfortable. I can walk around all day with a jade egg inside me moving and jiggling it but, so far as I am concerned, those balls are too big!

Ok I got mine a couple of days ago and they popped out on me pretty much right away. At first I thought it was because I'm pregnant, but apparently they pop out on Michie (who isn't preggers) and don't pop out of Celtic (who is). So I don't think that is it. This morning my Ian informed me that my squeezing muscles have gone all to crap. Ouch. I've wondered about the difference between the smartballs from FF and the more 'vanilla' ben-wa balls you get elsewhere, which are normally connected by string, either made of plastic or some kind of metal, and are two independant balls.
