I actually have a set of these that I bought from a sex toy party (pre freddy and eddy days) but I am scared to wear them out anywhere in case people can hear them. I can hear them so what if other people can. Maybe I just got a noisy set! I should try them on my next three hour road trip to drop kiddo with her dad! G, Why did you remove them before peeing? The Smartballs do not move once you have them in. The purpose of the Smartballs is to strengthen the vaginal walls, much like the effect of doing kegals. Once they are in place, you cannot hear them nor will they pop out when you urinate.
