Bob, If I were you I would strongly consider the Progasm. I found that the larger size and design really hit the spot. It wasn't until I got the Progasm that I really started hitting the super "O" consistantly. I've tried other models and brands and I can say for me Aneros is by far the best. The others just don't seem to fit the same way. Aneros was designed and researched medically... the others... not so much. Which brings me to the question.
Recently I was also looking in to getting the gyro, o, rude boy massager. The idea looked very interesting but after doing a ton of research I found a couple blogs saying that these types of massager's are potentially dangerous. First off the prostate is a very delicate organ, exerting to much pressure on it can cause serious harm. Unlike the Aneros which is a hands free device and uses only rectal and anal muscular contractions to move them, these massager's don't. You sit on them and rock... you are putting all of your body weight on to this thing and it's pushing in to you body. Well, I was bummed out to say the least, but I opted to pass. I just don't think they are proven safe yet. As for the other Nexus products, I do enjoy the the Nero, but if I want a truely sublime experience it's the Progasm all the way. Here is a comparison that may help. Take your index finger knuckle and massage the side of your neck about 4 inches under your ear (Nero)... now take two fingers tips and do the same motion and massage the same place (Progasm)... Both have their place for sure. I have seven of these things and my wife is always giving me a hard time about it... truth is they are all very different. Oh and one more thing if you are looking for something different, Aneros is releasing a new product this month called the "Peridise." It's a whole new toy doing a whole new thing. Something about Peristaltic contractions causing a new kind of anal super orgasm... and get this it's for men and women.

Wife and I discussed ways to kick things up. So afterwards I went to sex shop and asked the owner about sex toys. He showed me differnt stuff that did not seem interesting. I was about to leave when I noticed a vib kit that had lots of toys and the price was decent. I then noticed a strap on and remembered my wife had once said she would love to have a penis. So I bought them. The first time was awkward to say the least. I could not last five minutes. She looked too hot wearing it and when she could finally got it fully inserted I only lasted about three strokes and shot huge amounts of cum over my head face and chest. The look on her face watching all of that cum shoot was amazing. I have not cummed like that since I was teenager.

I looked at the pics of it.

Looks like they dropped the perineum stimulator from it.

The "kit" says it comes with two. Why two?

And how the heck do you keep the perineum thingy on the MGX centered? Mine keeps sliding to one side or the other. I think I need one of those no slip grippers on it.

Have you heard about the “Peridise” from Aneros. One very cool widget. As some of you may know I’m a big fan of the Aneros line and have been for several years. About a month ago I finally broke down and purchased the Peridise. Now unlike the prostate massagers most people associate with Aneros the Peridise works by “stimulating a peristaltic response, it generates a regional orgasmic response that can stand alone or enhance a traditional orgasm.” In other words it’s not a prostate toy and does not need to engage the perineum to work effectively. So this widget is good for everyone. From what I understand a peristolic response is natural response your body does when its trying to move something in or out of you body… like swallowing food… the muscles that move it from your mouth to your stomach or when you poop with out pushing. Well what this little widget does is it engages those involuntary peristolic muscles. The idea is that once you put it in and relax, your body will want to start pushing it out. Then by using light rectal contractions you hold it in place. You are kind of having a tug of war with your own body… while the rectal muscles are holding it in the peristolic muscles are trying to push out. Also unlike the other toys, this one works in reverse order… ie the beginner set is actually bigger and the advanced set is smaller …and the sensations are supposed to be more intense with the smaller peridise. http://www.aneros.com/detail.php?id=96
So here’s how it went down. When I first saw the Peridise I had to laugh. My first thought was I just spent $60 for these two little pieces of plastic, they better live up to the hype. They are roughly the length of your index finger and maybe as fat as your pinky at the bulbous top if the peridise, much smaller that I expected. I think they come in two packs because there you need to get your muscles in shape before moving to the smaller one… start bigger and work to the smaller one.
Upon insertion I could tell this was going to be different right away. First off, unlike the massager I am used were your anus is held open to accommodate the massager, this one was so small in diameter you could barely feel it all. It has no tabs the bottom and the unit is so small too you don’t even see it when you are standing up. Right away I started to get aroused, something that doesn’t usually happen to me with prostate massagers. I could feel things shifting around in my body, and it felt really good. From there I reclined and focused on relaxing and focusing on the feelings being generated inside my body. After a couple of minutes I decided to add some very subtle rectal contractions and see where things might go. My body began to reacted more intensely. It had me bouncing around really quite nicely. I did have a couple good non ejaculatory orgasms, not huge but nice.
The best way I can describe the sensation would be to hold out your index finger on your right hand now take your thumb and index finger from your left hand stroke down from the tip of you finger to your hand… it’s kind of like that but in your body and happening all by itself. I did have a really nice session that lasted about 45 minutes but this little widget had me spinning in the first five minutes. Since my first session I’ve had several more multiple orgasm sessions with it. For me I find the Peridise is a great way to get things started for me. These days I usually start with Peridise and knock a few super o’s out with it then move on to the Progasm for the huge super o’s and the big hands free finish.

Out of ten stars I’d have to say it’s about 8.5 or 9. If your are in to prostate massagers these are a must have Like the other Aneros models I would say there is a learning curve to really get the most out of it. The peridise is really awesome if you already know how to get the elusive super “O.” Also it could be a nice way the ease in to the whole back door thing as it is very small and does generate some amazing sensations… it’s learning how to harness those sensations that will put you over the top. I would be really curious to hear from a female who has used these. Here is some info I passed on to another F&E blogger that may help in getting sensations a brewin. These principles will work with the peridise too.

Question 1:
Generating sensations with contractions using a prostate massager or Peridise.
“Once it is in, do you actively do something or just wait?”
Both. Generally, I will put it in and wait about 5 minutes or so. During that time I usually look at or read erotica. After that I don’t want any distraction… porn whatever. I just want to focus and get down to business. Once I’m nice and relaxed I start to engage my PC muscle (kegels) really subtly. Don’t wrench down. Here is a good visual think of your PC muscle as having a volume knob on it ranging from 0 – 10, zero being completely disengaged and ten being full on 100% clinch your butt cheeks as hard as you can. Try this right now. You’re sitting completely relaxed… that’s 0. Now clinch as hard as you can that’s 10. Now try varying the pc contraction starting at 0. Now try contracting the muscle to a 1, then 2, and 3 and 4 and 5 and 6 and 7 and 8 and 9 and ending at 10. The goal is to feel 10 different levels of contractions. I hope this make sense. Back to the session
Ok, so now I’ve started to engage the pc. Start with contraction of about a 1 and hold it for a couple of minutes. Relax everything else. I even close my eyes and try to focus my mind on feeling the massager in my body and where it is touching. After a couple of minutes move it up to level 2 and repeat and move to level 3 and so on . Eventually you won’t start at 1 you will begin to learn your body you may know where to start for me I usually jump to about a 4 or 5 right off the bat, but that’s me and I know what my body expects. If you want you can relax the muscle between level changes and then re-engage but I would probably just ramp it up. Ultimately you are looking to fatigue your pc muscle making it unstable. At some point you will get to a level where you will begin to feel your PC twitching, aka involuntaries. Once this occures keep the pc engaged but completely relax the rest of your body. Focus on the feeling and just breathe. This is hard than most realize. You must keep the pc flexed at the level that brings the twitching while relaxing the rest of your body completely… resist wiggling or thrusting. If the twitching subsides adjust the contraction on the PC just enough to cause twitching again. The twitching is only part of the equation. The goal is to generate the twitching there by causing the Aneros to vibrate on your prostate. For me I could get the twitch easily but no one told me you have to position your body so it would engage the prostate. I assumed it just hit it all on its own. Well for some maybe, but not me. Once it’s engaged you will know it. At first just add enough pc to keep the sensation going. If you are really hitting it you will know. For me, my heart starts racing, my breathing get heavy, I can start shaking, writhing and moaning uncontrollably. There have been times it has brought me to tears it felt so amazing. Once it gets going you can crunch you abs to ramp it up even more and switch positions even during a full on super “O.” It will keep going as long as you have the strength.

Question 2:
Body positions.
“Position is a question too. I tried laying on my back, my side, and even on all fours. What do you prefer? I found the all fours very arousing.”

This is a tough question. I believe everyone is different. The goal here is two fold when you are starting out. First, you want a position that will allow the Aneros to engage the prostate and keep it there. And two you want a position you can stay relaxed in for a reasonable amount of time. I have one position that has consistently worked best for me and I still use it to start things off, on my back on the floor with my feet and calves on the bed. This works for me because once I get the twitches going I can quickly and accurately adjust my body position to engage the prostate. The second position I use is similar but with feet on the floor. Many say the side position works and its ok but I just don’t have the control I like.

Enjoy!

Old topic I know but those are great instructions Ward. It's tough to find walk-throughs like that.
