I was reading this (http://freddyandeddy.groupee.net/eve/forums/a/tpc/f/340100012/m/1611024641) thread and saw a few people mention that they were using regular dimmers with their Hatachi's.

I've also heard (as CiciLoves) pointed out that using regular dimmers with electric motors will prematurely burn out the motor.

Now that it has been a year later, wondering if any of the posters are still around and have experienced any problems with their hatachi's using the dimmers?

none seen yet on my end. 7 years of it now.

its worked for me in both grounded and ungrounded versions. i try to use high quality components as well.
