Hi All- Have not posted for ages, but read almost daily!
Anyway Hubby and I enjoy adding toys to our play but find that so many are very noisy and kinda break the mood.
Don't care for the hard plastic. But do want firm for some anal play time. We did get the 'cosmic invader' and did really like it but the darn battery cover kept comming off- now that is a real mood breaker!! Can we get a quieter vibe but still have the strong sensations?
Any suggestions?

If it's for anal play and you want quiet, I'd recommend a bullet. They are very quiet and give super strong vibrations; and adjustable if you think it's too much. Bullets are very versatile and can be used for anal, nipple, and cliteral stimulation.



My wife and I were kind of hung up on the noise factor too and put away a few of the annoying ones. But after playing for a while and enjoying the results, the sound becomes less and less distracting. We've since brought back out a few older ones we used to hate because they were noisy. Just turn up the stereo (or TV).

Unfortunately, the more power, the more noise. The main way companies reduce the decibel levels is to either encase the motor assemblies in thicker materials (which results in reduction of the vibration trasfer to the area desired) or they use less powerful motors that simply make less noise. Of course, you do find companies like Fun Factory who use higher quality motors that have great power and less noise, but you'll pay more money for them.
