Im curious with this toy. Your review mentions it makes fellatio that much better. Does this mean there is a hole in the top for the head to stick out?

Hello! B and I don't own a Lotus Eater, but we do have an Utamaro. The Utamaro does have an opening at the other end, so it can make oral very interesting. And, like Freddy says, the Utamaro is awesome! My hubby loves his.
