Anyone have any suggestions in reviving my Fun Factory Worm, who has bitten the dust? I tried changing the batteries and that didn't work. I tried pulling gently on the battery connectors, that didn't work. It almost seems like the round switch has a short or something. Sometimes it will come on, but not last long or won't vibrate at the usual intensity. Any suggestions?

You've already done all you need to do by posting your issue; a new one was sent out earlier this afternoon and should reach you by Thursday.

And that's why all our toys will come from F&E. I don't think I've ever seen care for customers like you guys provide.

Mine is doing the same thing. Even if i turn it on, and leave it on the bed, it pulses, and turns off for a few seconds, works for a bit and then dies. Brand new batteries, and I have never used in it water before. Mine is about a year and a half old, is this normal?
