I am not a doctor, nor do I play one on TV.....Additionally, I am not a CR Expert...but I'm going to be one pretty damn quick...so I'll offer my thoughts and musings as I started this post just for that reason....so that I may go on and on, and on about cockrings. I am going to reccommend that you start J with a Titan .4" bright chrome ring. It's relatively light, and the width is not too "strong" to start off with. Before I even committed to something like that, I went through a LOT of different emotions and had very similar baggage to yours.

It took me a while to find my center....I thought about a Prince Albert or other piercing, but besides the PAIN that was associated with it, there was the permanence issue to deal with.
