I want to try a good cock ring, so I ordered some silicone ones to help figure out the right size. The 45mm (1-3/4") silicone ring is comfortable for hours, but if I cum while wearing it, I have an unpleasant "backed-up" feeling. I guess it's too small.

The 50mm ring (2") is a little loose and tends to fall off. So maybe in a metal ring, I should try 1-7/8".

What I don't know is, do the metal ones fit very differently from the stretchy ones? Also, one of my balls is smaller than the other, so a snug (but comfortable) fit would help keep the ring on. Do the donut or wide rings stay on better than the more rounded ones?

Any comments, hints, help, will be appreciated. I'd rather not wind up buying a bunch of metal rings to find one that fits well.

welcome pat! you have the same questions and concerns as many who want to find the right ring.the rings fit differently in the same size because of there design.the donuts tend to be heavier and do not stay in place as well as the straight wall rings.also the heavier the ring the more chance to slip or slide off.for the fit you want a ring that is somewhat loose when flacid and as you gain your erection you tend to grow into it and it snugs up.the fit for sexual relations would be different than for casual wear,the wear when flacid should be a snugger fit than the rings for prolonged erection.to answer your questions specifically ,yes the metal rings fit differently,how different depends on the initial size,weight etc.the right fit is the key,too small you could have pain during prolonged erection,too big it will not keep you hard and will not stay in place.the titan series gear rings come in three widths and have straight walls both inside and out which when worn with no lubrication on bare skin tend to hold well in place because of the contact area to the skin.i have several rings and a good first choice would be the titan .4. it is the middle of the road so to speak on width and weight.. enjoy!!ketch!!
