Hi all, I have been trying to get myself a little fitter and have recently joined the local gym.

I have been visiting twice weekly and today decided to up the stakes. I decided to wear my Fun Factory Smartballs

I was aware of a sort of jingling, but I doubt it could be heard. Still it certinally gave me something to think about at the gym!!!

Thanks for the reminder I haven't worn mine since I had my Mirena fitted

I am going to ensure that I wear them one day a week!!!! I have to admit that I had forgotten about mine too. lol

Good idea justG! I am going to wear mine too - we can have an International Day of Gym Jingling! I'm easily distracted at the best of times, I'm going to have concentrate or I could kill myself with some weights...

This was one of the things I ordered. I got as far as taking them out of the box but that was it. Will have to change that. Might make the Monday morning workouts a bit more interesting -maybe better than listening to everybody talk about what they did over the weekend.

Well Zoe, Monday morning is my workout morning at the mo and I am going to wear the Smartballs every Monday, so you would be in good company!

That sounds like a great idea. They ARE excersize balls. we'll let you know how it turns out.

lol, you guys are funny! I have never used them, but wouldn't they get you a little too excited to continue your exercises? Or maybe that would just be me - no self control.

I just ordered some. What kind of workout do you do? I wonder if I could wear them for Zumba.
