I think my problem was that I was worried too much about hurting my inside. But after advice from JangG and Tony I decided to take them out of the hall of shame which was the right decision. I don't use as much lubricant as the first time when I put it all over. No wonder it was so slipperly and wanted to come out. I have this great sensation when I run up and down the stairs. So my husband would see me run and jump all day for no reason. I also feel sexy and have a low grade turn on all the time especially when I squeeze my pelvic floor muscle. I don�t have incontinence but I notice after using the balls I don�t go to bathroom as often. However, I am like G that I have to take them out when I use the bathroom. That�s because I can�t pee with them inside. It just doesn�t come out.
