Id think that the claim that since nothing is actually touching the clitoris, its not irritating it. thus keeping a degree of sensitivity. makes sense from a logical standpoint at least.

on the other hand it seems to me it could cause some serious dryness, especially in menopausal women, and i was thinking about the vacuum hose. seems kind of unsanitary. but an interesting idea !
