I just bought some smartballs in an effort to try to "tone up" after having had three kids. I have a few questions and am hoping someone will have some input.
1) How far in do you insert smartballs?
2) Do you have to do kegels while you are wearing them to get the benefit of "toning up" or does the toning happen just from having them in?
3) How long until I will notice that my vagina is tighter?

First of all, welcome to the boards and second...good question.

I have never personaly worn them being male and all but my GF Sexy Lady on these boards uses them quite often.

As I have helped incert them on occasion and remove them more often than not, I can say that they will just sit behind the vaginal opening. Once you start to push them into the vaginal vault, they will settle into place behind the muscles surrounding the opening to your vagina.

As for your second question, I certanly noticed more tone only one or two weeks after SL started using them regularly.

1. You are to insert the entire Smartball. I always suggest that you lay back in bed so that you are relaxed. Always add lubrication to the Smartballs as it will make it easier to insert. For the first couple of times you wear them, stay local within your home so that you get used to wearing them, since they will "drop" to get your body used to tightening around them.
2. No, you do not have to do kegels while wearing them. That's the beauty of it, it actually makes your body do the act of kegals while wearing them. You are only to wear them for a couple of hours per day. You will realize that you will not be able to urinate while they are in you, hence the couple of hours.
3. You definitely will see a change withing 2 weeks of wearing constantly.

Thanks everyone for your input. I have another question if you don't mind. I am having trouble with these things staying in. The lower ball keeps poking out of my vagina, so I obviously don't have enough muscle tone to hold these things in. What do I do? Just keep pushing it back in? How long until I'll be able to hold them in? Also, the part where the string attaches to the actual ball is really irritating me. Any suggestions on how to make that better? Thanks.

Wow Snow! You are quite a woman! You can still pee while the smartballs are in. Gee, I want to have the same ultra-strong PC muscle like you....

Denise, you are correct to say that your pc muscle is not very strong at the moment. But keep on putting them in everyday. You actually might want to do Kegals while you have them in just to really concentrate on contrating your muscle. To do this, just lay on your bed and do the kegals instead of walking upright. The base of the string is irritating you due to the ball being at too close to your vaginal opening. When you start strengthening, you will not feel the string.

Jee Eddy, I was not aware of being such a wonderwoman, lol. Thought it was all very normal,peeing with smartballs. Man pee with their balls in place all the time, and they are not even patented SMART balls at all!!

Denise, when I started having thoughts about muscle tone, long before having smartballs or heard of them I started a very simple (and I wd say pleasant) form of discipline. WHenever sitting down on a chair (for eating, writing, working whatever) I wd contract my pussy muscles ten times. Easy, non stress and non tiring. The "sitting down" makes it easy to "remember". If you try to make time especially for it you will forget, or be to busy,or postpone it... Ten contractions at a time take no time out of your routine... but at the end of the day, if you count all the times you sit down,it is a heap of muscle work! MAy be you can try that for a week before trying the Smart balls... just an idea.

And since we are talking about peeing. A great and easy way to work your PC muscle is to break the flow while urinating. You are just working on that specific muscle, and trust me, you will only think of strenghtening while sitting on the pot!

Devil Frog got me some smart balls for Christmas, and my did they bring a smile to my face, great fun running up and downstairs with them in! He's noticed a difference too so its pleased him aswell. Lol. Not going to see him for 5 weeks so Im under instructions to wear them lots! Lol

I can also pee with them in,hubby did notice the difference with my puss after using them when I squeezed him he said he could really feel it.
