That's a very famous dancer, Glam, named David Elsewhere. If you type his name into the YouTube search field, you'll see lots of examples of his routines.

I'm a HUGE closet fan of MTV's America's Best Dance Crew. Alicia and I have followed it since its first season and are totally hooked. In fact, the winning crew of the first season - Jabbawockeez - performed with Shaquille O'Neal at the NBA All-Star Game this past weekend!
