I'll start by saying yes we have a doctor's appointment, but it's not until June 25th, so we were looking for some good advice beforehand. The appointment was the earliest we could get, thanks to tight military schedules.

Since March or a bit after (right after the time B came home from the desert and we were screwing like rabbits), we noticed his penis would get a bulge on the side when erect, maybe an inch or an inch and a half under the head on the shaft, not far down. It was most noticable when he would wear a condom (the condom would bump out a bit), which we don't wear all the time, but just for added sensation for me. I can't remember which side it was on, but I'm pretty sure it was his right side. It wasn't big, but more like a lump.

More recently, we've noticed that he has a slightly puffy, slightly raised area just under the head of his penis, in the area where you can tell his foreskin used to be and was removed. The puffy area is around the outside, and is only about a quarter inch wide or so. He was circumsized as a baby. The ring of puffiness is there when he's not erect as well as when he is. B says that it hurts a little when you squeeze the puffy area. I pushed on it a little last night, and it felt slightly firm.

I asked him if all of this was new, and he said that it was. We realize that all penises look different, but this was not it's usual state. There also aren't any weird colors, just the raised area and lump on the right side.

What's going on here? It's not an STD, neither of us have any, and there were no "desert hoochies". Any advice would be appreciated, especially from those of you with medical training. PM me, and I could probably get B to send a picture or something.

Haha, no broken dick. After some much appreciated help, we're pretty sure it's extra scar tissue that's developed over time near where he was circumsized. We'll be more sure after his doctor's appointment, and hopefully he'll be referred to a specialist if his primary care dr isn't sure.
