Your thoughts? Ever tried it? I'm looking for a new pre-workout supplement and this seems to be one of the powerhouses on the market. I've done a bit of research and some people swear by it, while others have had adverse reactions to it. I think I want to try it but want to get your guys' opinion on it first. Any input you have would be helpful. Thanks!
Oh, and if you don't currently take it, what do you recommend for a good pre-workout supplement?

I didn't pull the trigger, and after reading more reviews I decided to try MuscleTech's naNo Vapor. Really been the first full week this week on it. First time it really got me going to where I couldn't wait to get in there and lift something heavy. After a few times my body has seemed to have gotten used to it a bit. My endurance seems to be a bit greater right now, but it's nothing to write home about. I'll keep on it until it's gone, but I'll probably look for something else. Hell, if espresso can give me the same kick, it'd be a lot cheaper than this stuff. But I suppose it never hurts to shop around.
Oh, and out of curiosity, has anyone tried MuscleTech's Mass Tech? There was a package deal with my Vapor so I decided to give it a go. Seems to be alright, except it says for one serving to mix FIVE scoops with 16-18 oz. of milk or water. I used just four in a blender with probably 20 oz. of milk and it was still a syrupy mess. What gives?

In my experience, if a company requires a six page ad to sell a particular product, its likely just a waste of money.
For perspective: Pick up a fitness magazine: MucsleTech's ads run 6-8 pages for a specific product.
The best- and most effective- supplements sell themselves. In the overwhelming majority of cases, companies will say anything to get someone to buy the product- and do. This being a sex-based forum, its ironic that the two industries that collide is this section of the forum- the sex industry and the fitness industry- both have longstanding reputations for fraud and exaggerated claims.
Choose wisely, and don't believe everything a company says its product will do, unless independent research backs it up.
The company I use- MVP nutrition- is based out of Canada and almost never advertises in the mags I read. If memory serves, they were one of the first companies to comply with the Canadian FDA's strict standards for health regulations and analysis, and I've never had an issue with their products- and I've been using them off and on for 7 years. And- most importantly- most of their established products have links to research detailing their benefits.
If memory serves, they're available in the US at GNC, although in Canada they're sold through private stores.
What I have used for about the last 5 yrs is Phoshpagen HP by EAS....Creatine. That along w/ Designer Whey is all I use. All that other stuff which requires stacking or additional supplements for me is a waste of time....I do want to have a life other then measuring supplements
I was/am trying to currently take No Xplode and syntha 6. I like the supplements and feel like they work very well. I was having good results but I work rotating shifts at work so I have trouble working out on graveyards. I'm happy with the product though.

NO-xplode... the truth is that the human body creates it's own Nitris Oxide, the products are just a blend of essential and non-essential amino acids that help the body produce it. The point is to help increase bloodflow nad keep the blood vessels healthy. My real opinion, all the products are over-priced for what it really is. It's just well marketed to make people think it's necessary, when if you get a regular protien supplement, the amino acids are present in all of them.
