Start by making a wish, then have the next person ruin it by saying "Granted.... BUT (insert ironic spoiler here)."

example:

"Granted....BUT you're Lindsay Lohan."

Be creative with your sharp bitter irony and have fun!!! With all the smart asses around here it should be interesting.
