I love to see my husband in a kilt for many reasons. One: it's easy access to the "goods". There have been times when he dresses up in his kilt I want to fuck him right there and then.

Wear a skirt with a g-string, you can have a lot of fun in public when you sitting on his lap. Just make sure don't make a lot of noise like in "When Harry met Sally."
