I have several thongs in the same style, size and manufacturer. Sometimes they feel great, but depending on what I am wearing on top of them, they sometimes get uncomfortable. I love wearing them with my favorite 'around the house' jeans!

I got Buck to try a tester thong for our new men's line. His reaction was kind of funny because he's never wore a thong before (other than putting a pair of mine on his head LOL).
I think it depends on the width of the seat strap. I have tried some with a wider seat and they are not as comfortable as the ones with the smaller or string seat/back, for me anyways. I think it would be the same for Buck. The strap on the one he tried was a medium wide seat, which makes it ride inside the cheeks a little bit more. But really it's just a matter of getting use to having that "feeling" of having a wedgie as long as it doesn't pinch or bunch.
On another note, the backless panties came in and they are really sexy and not all that uncomfortable. I haven't tried them on under cloths yet. The front panel is pretty small and made to look like snake skin/vinal. I'll try to get Buck to post a pic when he gets a chance.
I think the best thing going for the thong is when the shop assistant is arranging the lower shelves how the number of mens eyes are drawn to the exposed rear and in many cases,quite a bit of thong showing .

Tintin - I think I'll give that one a miss - in fact... Grump and I were at a horse trials all day today with a temperature of max. 11 Celsius I wore girl boxers for the first time and was more than glad I had done so! That is the first time I haven't worn a thong in a few years a friedns teenage daughter talked me into wearing them!

We saw those at the lingerie show in the fall of 05. The model said it was pretty comfortable. It was interesting to look at, but that was about where our interest stopped.
My thongs are very comfortable to wear while active, but the center strap is uncomfortable while sitting. If the thong fits properly, it doesn't pull up your butt. On Catalina Island, Dominican Republic, we had to be covered, so that's what I wore. (It was from a clothing optional cruise.) My most comfortable thongs are the minimal pouches from skinzwear.
