I selectedBoth Equally but that is not entirely true. We talk about it and she decides what she would like -- then I buy it.

I usually do the shopping for everything. But if Prez is along, I like to get his input on what he'd like to see on me.

It's all me. I brought home a catalog once and asked Capt. to show me some things that appealed to him. He pointed out a few but was less than enthusiastic about it. He enjoys it on me well enough but he doesn't seem to mind when I'm in my Hanes, either! For years I never bought lingerie or sexy undies because I didn't think of myself as a "sexy hot lingerie" type and didn't feel comfortable enough with my body to wear it. I now realize that we are ALL sexy hot lingerie types...you just have to feel it from within. That said, I put it on when I'm motivated or to give myself an ego boost...but Capt. has never requested or suggested that I wear it. He's coming home tonight after being away for 5 days...perhaps I'll greet him at the airport in something special...

How about a corallary to these questions. How would you feel about picking out several items you like and then being able to email that list of items to your significant other to be able to buy something for you?

Does it include big bright letters and flashing arrows?? Sometimes guys need those things to really understand what us women want!

But seriously, I think a wish list is a good idea!

The wish list function lets you pick out specific pieces, colors, sizes and send that exact info to your significant other so there's no confusion on what to pick. If you select a few items they can choose from those to surprise you with the final decision.

Snowflake, you always manage to make my day and make me smile! I concur wholeheartedly with her opinion of wish lists.

I do all the shopping for lingerie. Freddy has always and will be afraid to pick something out for me. He's just afraid of picking something I might not like. And I guess he may be right, but I think there is the consideration that I would find it sweet that he thought I would look good in it. Lingerie can be very tricky indeed. We all have different layouts so I think a wishlist is a fabulous idea. At least your partner will find out what size and style you may be.

While we were shopping on Black Friday, Freddy saw a lingerie store and told me to go look. One eyebrow raised when I looked back at him and said "You want me to go into La Perla and buy something?" I strolled in and took a look but I knew I wasn't purchasing anything that day. The thongs were on sale for $45.00 each. Granted everything, and I mean everything was beautiful beyond tough, but I'll wait for "thepossibilitesroom" to air to purchase my thongs.

I've always bought my own stuff. And honestly I've only once bought something with the eyes of another in mind. I buy my lingerie for me--it usually doesn't stay on long enough foe anyone else. ;-)

I agree with Eddy and Cecily. I like to buy my own lingerie after trying it on and making sure it looks good on my body.

I buy all of the lingerie. Granted, it's mostly for me, but the boy doesn't complain.
