I gotta say that's a new one on me. Besides the logistics of trying to insert a flaccid penis that's capable of peeing into the vagina in the first place, there's probably some sanitary issues as well. While urine is basically sterile, I can't imagine a large amount inside the vagina would be a good thing for vaginal health. A golden shower fetish isn't anything too unheard of, but this is definitely a head scratcher.

I've heard of peeing ON but not IN...until now. I echo what the others have said; although urine is sterile I still (as a woman) wouldn't want something literally INside my body that's been expelled as a waste product.
