I would say clean the area yourself. Have a good BM (sorry but truth) beforehand, and clean yourself/ the other person really well. It would be best for the other person to clean you so that you can see what you are playing with.

Yes, the "poop" comment really hit the nail on the head for me. I know I use baby wipes to clean up sometimes, just for general hygene. Makes things down there feel sparkling fresh
