Obviously F&E.com is the best community of its type, but I was wondering if people know of other sex positive mature communities like this one? The more the merrier!

As far as I know, F&E are the one and only. There are many other sites out there for couples but not for exclusive couples if you get my drift

I'm new to the site, and I find myself shocked at the maturity and level of knowledge the people who share here have. I've never seen anything like it.

I've been to (just lurking when bored, never joined) AllSexAdvice, which is part of the AllSexGuide site. Here's F&E's review on AllSexGuide:

AllSexGuide is very sex positive and informative Lots of good information.

However, while lurking and reading in the forums, I've discovered several things (all just my opinion.) They are definitely sex positive. But, they are not really couple oriented per say, as anyone can come in and ask questions. Many of the questions seem to be coming from folks who are new to sex or are young, and don't seem very experienced sexually, unlike most of the members of F&E. But, the information despensed seems to be good, and like I said before, sex positive. But I wouldn't trade my F&E universe for the world Like Mina Girl said, the maturity level and level of knowledge are unlike anything else out there!

In my opinion F & E is unique!

Well it takes all of you to make a community such as ours. We started this little site over 7 1/2 years ago since there was nothing for couples. There definitely are many great sex positive sites out there, so if you find any, please forward them here so that we can learn more. We just found a niche that really gets to the core of what couples face regarding sex. And that basically means everything in life with you and your partner affects sex. Simple in saying, but anything but in our journey together. I'm rather proud to read that there isn't much out there yet after all these years. It just means we must be doing something right. And having all of you makes our world a little brighter and our sex life a little more sexier.

I have to say as much as I love F&E it is not just their site that is great but also a very lucky constellation of people who gathered in this forum. There is real support and mature conversation, sometimes rather hot (in more senses than one) and there is no "gap" between old timers and newbies. This is something I really came to appreciate.

I notice that there are forums (in general not necessarily sexual) where there are a lot of helpful responses to queries but that is the only way of communication. Newbies ask questions (crawling on their bellies and shaking their metaphorical tail) and the experts magnanimously shower their wisdom from above, in an aura of olympian grandeur. No real contact is ever established (or encouraged, or welcome), and no level sharing of minds. It makes me puke. This does not happen in this forum.

Honestly not really. Other forums are either so racy as to be boring, or the extreme opposite, where no one has any fun at all. I regard F&E as something I don't want spoiled by the vulgar masses.

Our site, and especially our forums, was never designed to have zillions of people visiting and/or weighing in. Some of you might have met us in person and know we're quite unassuming in real life, no different than most others in this respect and simply trying to gain and share information in the most mature and educational manner possible. Ang, one of our longest term friends garnered from this place, can attest to the craziness in many sites with too many members and points of view colliding.

Nope, just as we live quietly behind our white picket fence, so shall we live on this site.
