This is not an easy thing to share, but somone elese might learn something from this...

About 3 months ago I noticed that the "Ivory Tower of Righteousness" wasn't working up to par.

Without manual stimulation it wasn't going anywhere.

So I went off to the Urologist.

If your female and don't know there is very little in the world that strikes to the core of a man's psyche than his ability to perform sexually.

Now just to make things extra special ultra embarassing he had a 20 something female med student with him today and aparently my prostate is so wonderfully textbook normal that he had to share that lube filled experience with her!

Me: "Gee, Doc you haven't even kissed me yet".

DOC: "Feel his prostate".

Lady Doc: "Yes, his prostate is in perfect shape".

Me: "You have lovely hands my dear."

So after the physical exam the doc sits down and starts asking questions.

DOC: "You check out physically fine".

DOC: "So is your sex drive still there"?

Me :"Yes".

DOC: "Hmmm....How often are you having sex".

Me :"Um....5-9 times per week".

DOC: "You have been married 9 years, yes? and you are having sex 5 to 9 times per week"?!?!

Me :"Yes".

DOC: "Really? Lucky you"!

Me :"Yes".

DOC: "Well thats your problem. 40 year old men were not designed to have that much sex. A low grade dose of ciallis will get you back on track or you can cut back".

Me :"Thank your for the RX doc"!


So don't be afraid to go to the doc is things aren't working out. It could have been worse....Much worse. Don't let things go when it could effect your health and your sex life.

they've heard it all before....

Really, people should never be afraid to bring up these issues with their doctors. I suspect unless you say something like "So, doc, I want to insert a BBQ grill into my penis/vagina/rectum" they're not going to be shocked. They've probably seen a lot more than some of us can even think of.

This really is not an issue for men alone.

Well, glad to hear all the plumbing is working Heroic! Also glad to see that you checked yourself out when things were going awry.

5 - 9 times a week. I'm envious. A mortal sin, of course.

Ever heard of sexual tension? Neither had I. It creates itself after we've been particularly sexually lazy with each other for a week or so.

We could do more to create it between sack sessions. But MrR giggles when I rub up against him anywhere outside the bedroom.

He's so much fun to tease it makes me crazy!
