It was a an ingrown hair that decided to encapsulate and become a cyst. Not painful but had been growing for a few months. Well it did mean that there was no trimming involved. Actualy got de-furred after the procedure. Just stubble in the way of the knife. I am going to delete this thread tonight to avoid the clutter and that it is a bit of a haloween theme NN nurse@freddyandeddy.com Please visit the best stores on the net for couples intimacy! Before you do, did that start out as a whitish lump under the skin? I have a couple of those from shaving and I was wondering how you could get rid of them without having somebody slice into me. ========================================================== Always state your cock size in centimeters. An ingrown hair that procedes to a Sebaceous or Epidermoid Cyst start out looking like and acting like a pimple. What happens is that the irritant like the ingrown hair in my case progressed because the hair was trying to grow once the skin was healed over top. In essence, the hair becomes an irritant to the body and is recognised as a forigne entitiy. In nature these are common like the grane of sand that becomes a pearl. The big issue with these little beasties is that a fibronous covering has to be removed or it will keep on comming back. Some can be delt with with anti-biotics or warm compresses that will help with the resorbtion of the matirial and bring it to the surface. I tried all of these to no good result so... Vorbis, If you are talking about small white bumps on your nuts then all is well. They are not subacious cysts but just oil build up. True that they are cysts but are natural. You can not pop them so don't even try. NN nurse@freddyandeddy.com Please visit the best stores on the net for couples intimacy! If they don't have it they will get it or it is not worth getting! Ok, here's a question I'm always embarrassed to ask my OB/GYN. I had my first child in July '07. I didn't need an episiotomy, but there was a small 1st degree tear. I always felt like the doctor had sewed that up quite right because it seemed like there was a small flap afterwards. Months later, sex was still uncomfortable in certain positions, like reverse cowgirl. In Dec. '08, I had my second child. Again, no episiotomy, just another small tear, this time along the scar from the first. The doctor was very careful in stitching me this time. But, nearly 11 months later, sex is still painful if it's a position where my husband's penis applies pressure to that area.
Is this normal? Should I expect this to be a fact of life from now on? Is there anything to be done to fix this? Hubby hopes so, because he misses reverse cowgirl and doggy-style. |

Painful sex after episiotomy
Great question Paulsminx! There are a couple of answers to your question. The first and easiest one is that some small amount of scar tissue has developed where the sutures were placed. Scar tissue is not like the tissue that it replaces as it does not have the same elasticity. As you know, the area around the vagina is very elastic and accommodating. It is possible that in the positions that you are describing more pressure is being placed in the area that does not have the same pliability as before. The second reason that you may be experiencing pain is that when the doctor was stitching you up a small nerve bundle was trapped in the suture line. This in no way says that the doctor did not know what they were doing, it comes down to a “Stuff happens” scenario. In either way there are several steps that can be taken to ensure that sex returns to be pain free. Remember, sex should not be painful…unless that is the intent. The first treatment would be to have a doctor give you a series of Cortisone injections to the area. This will work for the first issue, if it fails then there is a possibility that you may need to have the scar revised to release the trapped nerve bundle, unfortunately that is kinda like starting from scratch. Both these options require you to make an appointment with your gynecologist, believe me they have taken care of this before and will not be surprised at all. Hope this helps. I am new to these boards although I have lurked a bit to check the place out. I think this question is a bit different from your first one on this thread, so here goes.
I have just had my second total knee replacement. I am an otherwise reasonably healthy man of 51 (on BP meds for moderate high BP with no side effects from the meds). I have been married to a fantastic woman for 26 years (together for 30). Before my surgery we had a very active sex life. (When we met I thought she was a nymphomaniac and she's never slowed down). As you can imagine the surgeries have slowed me down a bit. The first one was 13AUG and the second was 03DEC. Once I was back to reasonably normal activities following the first surgery my thoghts naturally turned to sex. (OK, my thoughts never wavered I just decided I was ready for intercourse). I set the stage: a nice dinner with our favourite wine, nobody else at home (my kids are out of the house), critters fed and bedded and toys and aessories at hand. After 30 years together, I can read her mood pretty well, and can tell the difference between "fuck me now" and "tease me for a long time" for example. After an hour of forepaly, manual and toy stimulation and mutual masterbation, I was ready to deliver so to speak. She stopped me and on the verge of tears, said that she was worried about my knees and didn't think I should. I alsoknow that if she's not relaxed sex is out of the question. That's why the guest room is in the basement). I will freely admit that our favourite positions do place pressure on my knees (doggie and sort of a modified missionary where she prooves how flexible she still is by putting her legs on my shoulders... but I digress). My question is: what positions are there that will take the pressure off me? She doesn't like cowgirl / reverse cowgirl (both a challenge on a waterbed for any woman over about 99lb I suspect). Any suggestions are welcome. I just want my sex life back (at least once I'm off the heavy post-op painkillers). Thanks Beer is proof that God loves us and wants us to be Happy. -Ben Franklin |

EXCELLENT! |
I am not a medical professional (and do not play one on TV) but I think one position would be in a chair (A VERY STURDY ONE from the sounds of things) and one without arms. Also gotta swimming pool near by
Just a thought. You can also look at getting Liberator furniture to help out. See F&E's review. MJ ------------------------------ I could crush him like an ant. But it would be too easy. No, revenge is a dish best served cold. I'll bide my time until ... Oh, what the hell. I'll just crush him like an ant. |

Wiser,
A patient went into a doctors office and said "doc, it hurts when I do this!" The doc's reply was "well then don't do that". MJ's recomendation is exelent, the trick is to get some positions that do not stress your knees. One where the joint is not totaly flexed or extended for a long period of time. Here is a link to an extensive list of positions that may be of some help. http://www.orgasmanic.com/index.php?action=positions NN nurse@freddyandeddy.com Please visit the best stores on the net for couples intimacy! Thanks both of you. I wished I seen yours last night NN. Overcome with LUST this morning, we did the deed. Twice (not bragging, just happy). I underestimated my waterbed: the weight was distributed along my leg from the knee to the ankle. No pain in the knee. I did strain both my hamstring and quads on the most recent knee's side. I must add: I should never have underestimated a willing imaginative woman. Missionary down, doggy next. Plus all those great ideas from NN: we're off for the weekend next weekend, so I'm thinking some of those will work well as "hotel sex" (lots of interesting furniture).
Thanks again. Beer is proof that God loves us and wants us to be Happy. -Ben Franklin |

I've got another question. Hubby's tried a couple different cock rings, in different materials, but he can't get one on without it being painful in one testicle. We've measured, so the sizing should be right and he's also tried the jelly rings, but as soon as he puts his right testicle through, it becomes painful. I'm worried this could be a medical issue, since I've noticed that one always stays closer to his body. He thinks I'm crazy and it's nothing to worry about. Plus, he doesn't want to go to the doctor about his balls, since he's a family friend. I've spent a lot of time down there with "the boys" and I know that one acts a little differently. I've checked and there's no bumps or unusual tenderness like is supposed to happen with cancer, but it's more sensitive and like I said, stays pretty close to his body all the time.
Anyways, after all that crazy rambling, is this just a cock ring issue, or is this something medical I should bug him to get checked out? |
