This pretty much sums up sex for me:

I just turned 50, been married 26 years. Have always had a great sex life and love life. One time just this year I had the single most incredible and unusual experience during sex. A bit like your third element but more. I wasn’t floating I actually jetted off somewhere.

The only way I can describe it is that I experienced a traveling back to the beginning of time. I witnessed the big bang, the dawn of the universe - during orgasm which was extended.

The odd thing is that it started out with the daily usual life stuff swirling around my mind – bills, the kid’s homework, the economy etc. No mood elevating anything (drugs, alcohol etc)

Has never occurred since - don't really expect it to for that matter. I told my wife about it and of course she just touched her finger to her beautifully shaped butt with a hiss sound....

What do "sex/bliss/intimacy" mean to me:

Sex is the act of the intimacy for me. I take all three of these words and break them down into their own individual worlds. It takes intimacy of two people(in my case) and all the emotions and physical touching that occurs to then build up the electrical charge which transfers into the action of sex. But then sex has so many directions that it can lead into that it depends on what one's brain wants it to transcend to. Does one want to have slow, methodic, in tuned togetherness or does one want fast, hard body thumping animalistic style? Real Sexual meaning can mean one thing at one moment but then it can turn at a drop of a dime. I think my sexual meaning is when I connect with my partner by looking him in the eyes and connecting deep within our souls to express the love we have for each other whether making love or not. My bliss is just being held by my lover. Simply but true.
