So, my SO reports to me that an interesting case came in through the ER. A man with a cock ring that he had been wearing almost all day with much pain. The guy had to be transferred to our hospital from a different one because the previous hospital had nothing that would cut through titanium. Genius apparently didn't do the proper measuring, but rather just went and bought a ring, guestimating on the size he needed, which turned out to be way, way too small.

The guy is lucky he didn't lose his penis. It's happened before to a guy who waited weeks before he went to the ER. By then, it was too late, and nothing could be done to save his little buddy.

Let this be an illustration at how important proper cock ring measurements are. I gave a brief lecture to my coworkers on the correct way to measure for a ring. They were both mortified and curious. Nurses!

you might try a breakable lucite ring after measuring to test out size and feel particularly if this is a first time type of thing. these can be broken open with some effort but without travelling to a hospital or machine shop. see my post in
